He became a partner with Harry Walrath in 1981 and purchased the balance of stock in the agency in 1990. Neal obtained his designation as Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC in 1987. Neal is past President of the Professional Insurance Agents of Idaho, Orofino Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Orofino, Clearwater County Search and Rescue. He is currently active as an Advanced EMT with Back Country Medic's and the Clearwater Co. Ambulance Service. Neal and his wife Jeannie of 38 years enjoy the wonderful outdoors of Central Idaho.

Arlene was licensed in December 1998 in Property and Casualty.   Received ICRMP Risk Management Certificate in 2000 and ASCR designation in 2002. Her personal interests include gardening, snowmobiling, riding ATV's, hunting and fishing.  Most of all, Arlene enjoys spending time with her best friend- husband John and family.
